Indication

Hyperlipidemia, Mixed dyslipidemia, Hypertriglyceridemia, Primary dysbetalipoproteinemia, Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia. For the prevention of Atherosclerotic events; MI/Stroke/Angina/Vascular death

Mode of Action

• ROSUVASTATIN
  Rosuvastatin is in a class of medications called HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins). It works by slowing the production of cholesterol in the body to decrease the amount of cholesterol that may build up on the walls of the arteries and block blood flow to the heart, brain, and other parts of the body.

• ASPIRIN
  Irreversibly inhibits COX1, thus prevents blood clots production Reduces the relative risk of major adverse Cardiovascular events by 9%, Myocardial Infarction by 14%, and Ischemic Stroke by 10%

• CLOPIDOGREL
  Clopidogrel inhibits platelet activation and aggregation by irreversibly binding its active metabolite to the P2Y12 class of ADP receptors on platelets
